As a service business we recognise that our people are our greatest asset. At GCL Direct we take great pride in our experienced team. Each campaign we run is overseen by a dedicated account director supported by an experienced client delivery manager.
At GCL we pride ourselves on the skills of our telemarketing team and have a dedicated training manager responsible for ensuring the continuing quality of our telemarketing agents. We train all our agents in unscripted telemarketing skills, and they are capable of engaging with senior decision-makers and promoting a complex business-based value proposition.
